Workshop 1: Foundation Fitness for Scent

This workshop has a focus on strength, and mobility exercises. 

Workshop 2: Foundation movement exercises for Scent

Scent required a ton of confidence in turning, over textures, and cardiovascular fitness

Workshop 3: Advancing Fitness for Scent

This workshop is aimed at dogs with some fitness training, and will add more difficult options for fitness exercises. There may be variety in the exact exercise worked on depending on the dogs working. 

Workshop 4: Individual assessments and exercises

This will give owners an opportunity to have dogs assessed and specific exercises put together into a workout plan. Owners would be responsible for recording the assessment and exercises, and it would be recommended that they attend the other workshop sessions as the exercises given are likely going to be shown in other sessions. 

Requirements to having a working spot is that the dog is reliable around other people and a small number of dogs.
